North Sea Education is grounded in this stretch of water and the countries it touches — but the young people we work with, and the opportunities we build for them, don't stop at any one coastline. Like a tide, our work goes out further than these shores, and keeps bringing us back to them. What we're really doing is helping young people find their own tide.
Sometimes it's a grand gesture — one moment that helps define the course of a young person's life. More often, it's someone showing up, consistently, until they believe it themselves. We create room for both, and celebrate every journey along the way.
Our programmes are built and delivered by people with backgrounds in international development, safeguarding and youth work. Every fellowship, event and course is designed to leave something behind that outlasts it.
